Return & Exchange Policy

Custom-Made Items

All bespoke and made-to-measure garments are final sale. Due to the personalized nature of these items, no returns or refunds are offered. Payment is required in full upfront.

Retail Items

Retail (non-custom) products are eligible for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unworn, unaltered, and in original condition.

Charity Auction Items

Any items or experiences won through charity auctions must be redeemed within 60 days of the auction date unless otherwise stated.

Manufacturing Errors / Quality Concerns

Any concerns regarding craftsmanship or quality will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If an issue is deemed to be a manufacturing error, appropriate corrective action will be taken.
